Job description • The job is freelancer work for building model for industrial project : Check attached file for reference , and the scope will be as following: • Scope is only for the building , landscape is not included . • Developing full revit model for the building and equipment . • Develop plans, section, elevations , details as requested for the job . • Provide presentation plans and provide options for the design , and 3d views in revit & sheets in revit. • Produce schedules and legends in revit . • Develop all needed parametric families . Freelancer qualifications The freelancer have the following qualifications to bid: • shall be experienced in using Revit , including ability to make parametric families , prepare sheets , deal with revit linked files . • The bidder should have Bsc in architecture , able to prepare design dwgs according to design standards and design codes requirements . • The bidder shall send/ show 3 of his best revit works ( phots or pdf format files). • Freelancer should be problem solver and able to proceed with the works with high level , conceptual instructions and guide lines . • The freelancer should have sense of design able to develop visually appealing works . deliverable The deliverables as following : • Revit model . • CAD & pdf for Revit sheets ○ Sheets will include plans , sections , elevations and 3d views (no rendering) but need to be well presentable . • The deliverable may have iterations feedback until acceptable design is achieved . • Revit model need to be detailed as per request of the employer .
