I am looking to create a that for my agency. I represent photographers who have taken millions of photos over the years but are now collecting dust. I want to submit these photo to publishers for book covers. The problem is that some of the models we have used are with agencies which would be an issue when it comes to selling the image. So I need a contract I could show to the agency what percentage we would offer them from what we make along with a release saying that any photos we submit with you models image would also act as a release from that point on. It needs to be litigable but yet ironclad. I can go in more detail once we connect.
