Looking to hire a full time programmer for PHP/Linux

Looking to hire a full time programmer for PHP/Linux Must be familiar with building complete websites, configuring servers, security, databases, PHP and AJAX. Very important that you are an expert at programming websites. I need someone who has a lot of hands on experience and is an expert in programming websites. If you know how to design, that’s a big plus. I need to see full samples of your work, and testimonials/references. This is a full time job and I don’t want to work with an outsourcing company. I want to work with a programmer (or programmers) directly. I will need a schedule of when you can work (what time zone are you in), and a commitment for you to work for at least 2 months. If all goes well, this can be a long term position, with the opportunity for unlimited earning potential. I need someone who is reliable, can follow directions, and is a great quality programmer. I don’t want you taking other independent jobs while you work for me. I want this to be your full time job. So keep that in mind when you make a bid. Meaning I want you to be financially comfortable with this deal so that you don’t have to take on other work. I also have a lot of projects I’m involved in so I don’t have to micromanage you. I need you to be self motivated to work and someone who can handle deadlines and detals..I can’t stress this enough: You need to be motivated and willing to work hard. I’m very easy to work with, but if you can’t meet deadlines, or you are not reliable I have no problem terminating this deal. I have no time for games, but I have all the time in the world for someone who is detailed orientated and highly motivated to work. Must have some sort of instant messenger. AOL, Yahoo, etc so we can communicate during the day. Bidding on this job is for a full time work week, so include the following. 1. Your skills 2. Samples of work you have done 3. References 4.
