I need a logo for a consulting business. The name of the company is Muri, which is a nod to my future married name (Murray), while also being abstract and different. Muri in Japanese culture means overburden or pushing resources and people beyond their limits.
The concept for this company was created after I was laid off and started interviewing for executive roles within healthcare staffing companies. Inspired by the stories of industry leaders who were struggling with recalibration in their organizations to overcome overwhelming challenges, I decided to try something new! I launched a specialized consulting firm with a primary focus on healthcare staffing. The focus is mostly on assisting teams in aligning their strategies with execution, creating effective business plans, and assessing their capabilities. I'm also deeply involved in optimizing technology stacks, navigating digital transformation, and incorporating human behavior design to foster growth.
In my mind, I have a vision of creating a cartoon animation to launch my brand on LinkedIn before having a website. In it would be a minimalist-looking cartoon character who has visions in his head, we can call him Leader, and is struggling to get them out. On one side of the screen is the leader who is talking to the leadership team and you can see they are confused and not quite sure what he's trying to say. On the other side of the screen is a bunch of other stick-figure type people who represent the team. In between the two sides of the screen is what looks like an electrical cord with two connectors that have been disconnected. When the stick figure person connects the two my logo pops up and it says, Muri- When teams connect, visions come to life; or something of that sort. Initially my thought was to keep this video short. I'm wondering if it might be best to add in screen at the end to explain the services I offer, or the 'why' behind what I do?
I'm not big on the colors blue, brown, or purple being the primary colors. Otherwise, anything is game!
