Direct a film

Hi I am a startup investor soon to launch my films portal Vistas Films. Vistas Films will be making films for TV & Digital - Product Films, Animation Films, Corporate Videos among others. I am also the consultant for White Light Moving Picture Company; a Mumbai based production house with more than 400 ad films to their credit. My profile can be viewed at [login to view URL] I want to produce a film to submit to the upcoming Swachh Bharat Film Festival. The film will be a max 3 min as per the rules. There is a tight submission deadline of 4 weeks by which the film needs to be produced. I want to work with an AD to produce the film. The AD will be paid a fee as per mutual agreement irrespective of whether the film wins a prize or not. If the film wins the prize then 30% of the prize money will be paid to him/her post deduction of production fee & his service fees. So if the film wins Rs 5 lac prize and the cost of AD fees + production is 1 lac then 30% of the balance money; viz Rs 1.2 lacs will be paid to him/her. The AD will also be showcased on my portal which will get live from 15th September I want the film to be made through the lens of a kid where he influences his surroundings on this idea. We must understand that in India owing to social structures the concept of cleanliness is thought to be a "purchased service" rather than each individual participating. There are enough examples on You tube which the interested candidates can go through. I want to work to be disruptive/original that will stand out and can be produced quickly in a cost effective manner I will shortlist candidates basis concept idea.
