I am looking for a 2D cartoon animation with a specific theme or story. I have a detailed storyboard for the animation and it should be between 1-3 minutes long. Skills and experience needed: - Proficiency in 2D animation techniques - Ability to bring a detailed storyboard to life - Creativity and imagination to enhance the animation - Attention to detail for seamless transitions and smooth animation - Time management to deliver the animation within the desired timeframe. I have carved chair on pencil lead. I need to add cartoon animation in it. Scene 1. (Chair is completely zoomed in) A character arrives in the scene and sits on the chair and starts whistling Scene 2. The whole thing zooms out and there is a quote saying that "The world is on the pencil" Can add some creativity in it
