I have an experiance in Developing Android Application and i have a team to Develop Android App.I Know the features of telegram i am using it and i can make it better than telegram by customizing the interface and adding some features like saving data in cloud once the user uninstall and reinstall he cant get the saved messages but we can make it as cloud based.i have some other ideas.
