Update existing Android app as per latest Google specifications

We have existing android app that was developed 4 years before but now it needs to be updated as per the latest Google specifications so that it is compatible with the Android versions from the older android versions to the latest version 13. All the existing functionalities will remain as is with no additional functionalities to be added. The final product has to be published and made live on the Google playstore by the freelancer. App getting live and installed in the mobile devices with various Android versions successfully will be the final milestone of the project. Only those freelancers with in-depth knowledge of Google standards, policies and experience of developing apps in Kotlin, with experience of at least 3 years or more with proven track record should apply. There will be a NDA to be signed and also after the final submission of the product. There should be a warranty period of at least 3 months from the date of publish on the Google playstore and any bugs, errors reported during this warranty period has to be fixed without any additional cost. ### IMPORTANT ### 1 - The ownership of the final product, sourcecode, logos, images, content and other materials used in building the app will belong to us and cannot be used by a freelancer or anybody from their network by any means. 2 - The source code has to be submitted which will be verified by our internal team before we release the payment. 3 - The project cannot be used as a testimonial of the project handled by the freelancer and cannot share the link to their prospective clients to showcase their work.
