This App is a collaboration and communication platform that enables you to create, share, delegate and manage work related activities anytime and anywhere. It is specially designed to be productive on the run.
This app is intended for team tasks and projects.
The app will allow users to interact by communicating through a one-to-one chat and team / group conversations in which messages can be “classified” or “tagged” in order to make them easy to find later in case of needed. SumTask will help users integrate chat messages to productivity items such as emails, task cards, calendar meetings and a knowledge base.
Messages that are tagged will become part of a “Knowledge Base” in which users will find specific messages or conversation snippets in a quickly and easy way, accessible for anyone in the organization searching for a particular topic.
Features:
1. Chat (direct messaging and team / group messaging).
2. Chat attachments such as photos, files, videos, voice messages.
3. The ability to send a message or a whole conversation by email to anyone in the organization from the chat window.
4. The ability to create tasks and assign them to anyone in the organization from the chat window.
5. The ability to attach any photo, video, voice message to tasks or emails generated from the chat.
6. A gallery window in which the user can see all media that has been attached to conversations and their source. Also a search feature should be included in this screen.
7. A task screen where user can access the tasks that has been assigned to him directly or as part of a team. In this screen the user will manage their tasks updating its status until completed. Notifications about the progress of this tasks will be sent to the related participants every time there’s a change.
8. Knowledge Base. A screen where user can search for a word, phrase, tag, date, sender or receiver in their message history. Knowledge base also could provide a categorization of messages that can be established by user.
