Good day Michal, I have consulted with my technical team lead & after analyzing overall requirements of your AI ChatBot project, I don't see any technical hurdles delivering this successfully but I wanted to talk to you about your selected budget. Would you be flexible in your selected budget or it is your maximum budget? I am not sure how you selected this budget range on Freelancer website, because cost of any project is based on the overall features/functionality. However, If you are not flexible in your budget, then no problem and I respect it.
