As an individual with over 7 years’ experience in clerical and administrative roles, I exhibit characteristic abilities of leadership with a great deal of experience in building customer relationships, managing offices, and providing exceptional administrative support as well as being a force in helping to establish a company's aims and ambitions.
Having had jobs such as Administrative Officer, Administrative Assistant as well as being an IT support Assistant gives me the ability to administer tasks such as making sure the company is well organized, customers are well satisfied, and overall the company is well equipped in selling or providing its services. With the diverse nature of roles I have worked in, I have been able to ease the workload of higher management of companies and improved tasks of administrative sections by forty percent.
Being it executing HR duties, overseeing colleague’s duties, client relations, customer services, preparation of documents, files, emails, and meetings. I have always made sure it is done to its maximum and a hundred percent.
