 Use of Online Banking for given below jobs • Custom duty payment • Vendor Payment (Raw Material, Spares, Transport, Other Job) • Government Payment like, TDS, Advance tax, Service Tax, Excise Duty, Sales Tax (MVAT,CST) • Salary and Wages (Bulk Transaction) • EPF Payment  Taxation • Maintaining Maharashtra Vat & Central Sales TAX records As per requirement of departments. • Filling Sales Tax Return • Online Application for C Forms. • Filling Form 704 • knowledge of Income TAX Deduction. • Preparing e-TDS Challan under Section Codes for form 26Q using form ITNS 281 for different Nature of Payments/ Section before every 7th of month. • Preparing e-Return for TDS under Section Codes using form 27 A Quarterly before 15th of month. • Issuing TDS Certificates to Deductors (Form 16 A) respectively. • Preparing Remittance (Challan) of Service TAX under clause (105) of section 65 using form G. A. R. 7 before 5th of month. • Calculating Tax Collect ables and Payable, preparation TAX Return and directing the accounts payable them for payment. The Process also involved journals entries in SAP/ ERP or Other Individual accounting software in the Various Profit & Cost centers Involved.  Reconciliation • Reconciliation of various bank accounts • Sales Reconciliation • Sales Vat Reconciliation • Prepare Purchase Register • Purchase Reconciliation • Purchase Excise Duty, Vat Reconciliation • Reconciliation Debtors & Creditors.  Accounting Functions • Maintains day to day accounts including Cash & Bank transactions. • Passing of all types of bills like, Raw Material, Transport, maintenance, etc. • Generation of Funds. • Correspondence with various Banks. • Scrutiny for Ladger & Sub-Ladger • Calculation Of OD Interest and Refund • Various other misc. jobs assigned to me by the superiors. • Preparation various challan like WC Tax, D.G.
