We require an experienced Senior Accountant to manage all accounting and financial procedures in Spain, and some administrative duties within our company abroad. We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team with a minimum of five years of experience in accounting and financial management. Knowledge of SAGE. SAP or Microsoft Dynamics software is essential. We are a dynamic company and we like to do things differently. The role is full time and is based in our pleasant offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid). Requirements: Bilingual: English and Spanish and 5 years' experience in accounting and accounting software such as Dynamics, SAP, SAGE, Quickbooks... and expertise in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: 1) Financial: Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Monthly / Yearly Accounts, Tax returns, Control of balances, Bank Reconciliation, Book-keeping... 2) Analysis: Monthly Cash-flow, Profit & loss, Balance Sheet, Cost Analysis and Cash-flow Forecast reports... 3) Admin: General business admin, payments to suppliers, customers, etc.

I do have the experience required in your offer and for the past years I have worked with the tools you mentioned: Dynamics AX ( 8 year of experience in a pharmaceutical company based in USA), SAP (I worked for 4 year as a SAP Business Team Leader CO / FI Modules for a local dealer of one of the biggest manufacturer of construction and mining equipment). Regarding other tools such as SAGE I have also some experience ( I've mainly used A3 Software for small projects but back in the time when I did some freelance work for an Auditor Company I had to deal with Contaplus and other SAGE tools). Regarding my education I have a degree in Business Administration (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) and Economics (Universidad Complutense de Madrid).
