cloud on centos 7 stopped sending activity notification

Looking for an expert who knows centos 7 and also familiar with scripting and commands in Centos in order to check the cron jobs and the owncloud application. The current issue I have is since this morning the system stopped sending activity notification when any file get uploaded to the server. I couldn't find what is the issue. So I need someone quickly use TEAMVIEWER to login to my pc and start the troubleshooting. Besides if we fix the notification issue, we can start troubleshooting the following issues: Main issue: the activity notification is not sending any email to the users 1) Speed of clamav ( check the settings ) it seems files larger than 25mb takes very long 2) overall speed of owncloud (if it requires more ram or storage) 3) Currently the size of the usage shows 400 gb but , i believe less than 100gb is being used. can you check
