Looking for a freelancer to write a small piece of software that will check a Google Gmail account at set intervals and print any emails if they contain a specific filter code in the subject line. The filter code is included the subject line so non-order emails and spam are not printed. The purpose of this software is to be installed on a desktop or laptop installed with Windows 7 to print out fast food takeaway orders. Each order creates a specially formatted HTML email and it is only the message itself that is printed (not subject line or sender as the required details are within the email). This piece of software will then be distributed to our clients. Therefore it should look professional and be easy to install and use. Software should be compatible with both 32bit and 64bit versions of Windows. Once installed it should loaded at start-up. Users must be able to set-up the following through an easy to use interface. - Email account settings (username and password) - Number of copies - Specify the printer - Filter code (different clients will have different codes) - Time interval between checking Gmail account (in seconds) - It should be distributable as a single .exe file. I suggest you next plan: 1. Checking gmail automaticaly using the subject filter + settings dialog for this requirement. 2. Printing mails (message only, without subject and sender) + choose printer dialog 3. Prepare for delivery (some fixes, some refactoring etc.) + delivery + 2 weeks maintenance
