This will be my first freelancer project and I would like to build my rating, so I set a low bid in hopes of being awarded the job. I've done various web scraping projects. I've scraped rotoworld to get information for an automated daily fantasy picker project. Made crawlers to download entire websites. Scraped pixel data from flash games to make bots. For your project, there may be a server side mechanism which is disallowing scrapers based on how many visits there were per unit time; if it's your website you should be familiar with it. Can you tell me the website so I can try scraping it myself before awarding me the project? If there is such a mechanism, then I cannot complete the project. I can try experimenting with a time delay to get around the mechanism; or if you're willing, you can get multiple IPs to segment the scraping.
