Swedish ANPR-system software (Automatic number plate recognition) [login to view URL] Programming a ANPR-system software. The software will run under Windows and work with mutiple IP-cameras like American Dynamics ADCi610-D113 for example. The camera above is use Video Compression H.264, MJPEG and will be the primary camera type. But its good if any camera is working to, example with video cable. The software will warning with pop up/sound if the car is stolen, is not on traffic, have reported missing/stolen plate, wanted car, have driving ban or have wrong color. If a car is stolen, the program will take a picture and send a warning mail. I will provide avi-files to test the program with. The avi-files have been recorded with American Dynamics ADCi610. The information about a car is collect from a ASPx website with form so you will need some scraping skills. The software should have a license control system. Without valid license the software will not work. Hi sir, I am very experienced with image processing, I have done many recognition projects in C#, Java and Python. I prefer using OpenCV and its wrappers (EmguCV and JavaCV). My Proposal: I have already done this project for argentina based license plates, in Python. I can customize that code for Swedish plates for the charges i mentioned in my Bid. Hi Dear Itundret I am an expert of image processing. Before I done ANPR projects like this on windows app and TMS embedded system. My engine not use OpenCV. Now for china LPR, it was achievement above 98%. For 5 million image size, identification time was about 250ms. I can help you perfectly. If you have interest, please keep message in here.
