I would like somebody to help me write a program that looks like this: I have many csv files to process now and in the future. originally I need to make a few changes to each csv file then each csv file needs to be imported in to a PostgreSQL database Once the method for doing this is determined I would like to have detailed information on how the program works so that I can understand it myself and perform these actions myself in the future. I know what I want the database table to look like and I know exactly what information I need extracted from each csv table. I just need somebody to give me the method for doing this. My company receives these csv files from another company and I need to get them in to a PostgreSQL database table so that we can use them in a GIS and combine them with other PostgreSQL tables.

I have experience on this project. For my opinion, the solution as following:. 1. I will create a program to get input from CSV file and after that load data to datagrid view. The format of input file may be like your CSV file or maybe change to another format. 2. Data will be loaded to the application, you can modify or keep it. 3.
