I'm building a business plan for a holiday letting/ leasing property. Looking for someone to undertake competitive research of properties in the area. The research needs to cover: number of properties categorised by online rating systems, costs and rates charged, services and amenities, forecasted availability/ booking. Happy for the brunt of the research to be conducted via AirBnB and Stayz.com.au. No physical inspection of properties is required - solely after the data to support the business case.
