Integration of two payment systems in to One (plimus.com and alliedwallet.com)

Need someone to integrate two payment systems In to one I currently own [login to view URL] and process payment using [login to view URL] and want to add [login to view URL] to also process payments the imporatnt this is that I need some payment to be process by Plimus and some specific ones by allied walled depending on some variabl. Example if the customer is from an specific country for example India the payment should be process by Plimus but if it from europe or Usa should be process by [login to view URL] or if the customer wants to pay with paypal or echeck it will be plimus but all credit card will be process by allied wallet. we will need some sot of form that the person will fill and from there it will transfer to the right processor
