add taxonomies to wordpress posts

I’ve added two taxonomies using the wordpress plugin [login to view URL] I don’t care if the plugin is used or if the code is manually added to the functions file, but I’d like for both to appear after the title in my post listings. I’m using a plug-in for one of my pages to order posts by date, I’m not sure if the two new fields will automatically appear there as well or if a second edit is required. I'd also like to sort by these new taxonomies if possible. I'm not sure what options are possible. For more information or if I have been unclear please message. Need done asap. Thanks.
