Simle online books tracking system

Hello there, we are a small private psychology school and we need an online application for simple (and upgradable) online book tracking system (not eshop, please). Short description: System lists what books are available, who has borrowed them and when and when the books will be available again. User/student can register, login and order a book/or video or audio CD/DVD and that book is flagged as borrowed (by whom and when). User then gets an automated email by system when he is due to return the book, after x days set in admin area by admin. When book is returned to our office, admin just clicks in admin area and the book is again available. We need to know which books are available and which are not and who has borrowed them. No flashy web design, no e-shop scripts, no SSL, [login to view URL] on unix server. All will be in a protected .htaccess folder. Clean and upgradable code, please. We will need the source code and the design, copyright of the application and design will be ours. Admin features needed: add new book to the category system (book title, author, short description of a book) edit, change, delete or add listed books, registered users review (add, delete, edit etc...) set how many books users can borrow, unlimited books, CD/DVDs, or any other items to add to the base. Front end features needed: user registration (name, surname, address, phone and email) conformation via email, simple and effective web design (nothing too fancy), browse categories of listed books, choose a book (no more than X number of books), system prints which books are borrowed and when and by whom and can email that particular user.
