Audit Code Installation

I need audit code written to track the following six pieces of information per record: Date Added User Added ComputerNameAdded Date Changed User Changed ComputerNameChanged ** username should represent the "network" username of a user logged into the computer. I had previously contracted a coder to perform this and it worked for some but not all of the forms (see module "ModuleAuditTrail-OLD") Project Details: There's about 100 subforms using about 42 tables that need audited. The tables are "hidden"so you will need the "view hidden objects" checked in Access Options. Rules: 1. Audit code must be transparent to the user and not require any additonal action by the user 2. The tabbing order of a form cannot be disturbed (this was one of the problems with the old code) The database mainform will open and you will there are four sections that need your attention. One is "Intake", this is where a client is first input into the system. Any form a user adds or changes info on should be audited. Two is Case management, where a client receives services during their stay. These forms users will typically just be able to add. Pop-up forms displaying info do not require any audits (ending in "view") Three is "Closing" which is completed when a client leaves. Lastly is IT Department. The ITDepartment is currently setup to use subforms for staff to edit or delete client data. These forms end in "del" and "Del(audit). These will only need the update code has no records are added using these. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
