Custom WP Plugin Needed

Hello! I am looking to make a WP plugin that will be very similar to the script found at[[login to view URL]][1] (with the autoembed plugin found on that site). Basically, I wish for the plugin to allow the admin to add tv shows, have the plugin/script automatically pull the show info from imdb, and then automatically add the seasons for the show, and automatically embed the tv episodes from other links. It should then add each new episode as they come out. Also, the script/plugin should submit the sites links to big sites like yidio, tv-links,sidereel, [login to view URL], etc. similar to how the above script does it.
