Using the web scraping technology, the coder must create the simple text based web site in a tabular form ( as seen in the website address given below ) front-end and the interface and database (back-end) and train me in its operations. The code thus developed must be flexible to change if I need to make any changes. The same coder will be hired for further expansion, when it becomes a membership based website later.
