Detect and end process

Basically I need a program (just source code) in 16bit ASM that I will be able to assemble using the MS-Dos debug feature. The program must detect if "Microsoft open office" is currently active, if it is then it must end the process. I suppose MASM or NASM would also work, if I use debug to dump the file and get the hex code then I can assemble it later using: Debug [login to view URL] rcx A0F n C:\[login to view URL] or .exe w or am I wrong? anyways, happy bidding :) I know it's not much of a project and probably is not worth much to you but I really need this.. thanks
