Active X / Website / VB

Hi , i need for someone to make me a CHEAP website without pictures or anything fancy EXCEPT : It has to contain a disclaimer and it will scan the computer after someone agrees for filenames containing words in a predefined txt file. For example : nude , teen bla and so on. I dont wana see the pics or vids or whatsoever. I just would like for the active x to give me a txt file with all the found bad filenames (dont need the location of the file ). The report text file would have to be automatically put on the FTP and does not have to contain any user identifiable information. It is just for statistic usage. Please let me know if you can develope this for me. I have experience with websites but i dont know how to make the active x. Thank you ! Motec
