Must be done in under 30 hours Submit your design report of 5-10 pages (12 pt font size) (1) You need to introduce a diagram including all HTML files, PHP files and database tables at either client side or server side, and the relationship between them, e.g., [login to view URL] calls [login to view URL] (draw an arrowed line from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL]). In addition, some explanations of the diagram need to be provided. (2) In addition, for each functionality (e.g. where and how to store user's information, how to enable the feature that only a registered user can browse products, how to implement shopping cart and wish list, and what to do when a user logs off), list and compare possible design choices, and justify your choice. A good design report will provide great help to system implementation. Yan will evaluate all reports based on readability and organisation (1 mark), diagram (2 marks), the comparison and justification of design choices (3 marks) In system design, give meaningful filenames, e.g., registration.html. In implementation, avoid such filenames and use some filenames that can hardly be estimated. This is helpful to protect your client side scripts (JavaScript) from being disclosed to other people who know your student id. Your id is used as your folder's name on web server spider. Furthermore for question 2 a document explaining the exact details must be supplied.
