Automatically resize iframe height based upon content height

This is a simple job. Once you provide the working code we will apply it to all of the pages (you do not have to edit every page). We need dynamic resizing (automatic) of the height of an iFrame based on the height of the source page. The width will be left static at 730px. We need a small piece of code that dynamically adjusts the height of the iframe so that the content fits the frame without the need of scrollbars. It needs to automatically change the height of the iframe when a link is clicked within the iframe (as the height will be different on each page of the iFrame).
