I need a form created, with 4 subforms related.? The main form will be the **Guests form**, and needs a lookup/pull up record locator.? This form will show contact information for the guest.? (Table -? Guests)
The first subform will then show **Inquiry Detail** records.? Each guest can have multiple Inuiry Detail records.? (Table - InquiryDetails)
For each Inquiry Detail record, there will be another subform, called Yacht? Log. (This table has not been created yet, I will send you field names)? Each Inquiry Detail record may have multiple **Yacht Log** records.?
Also, each Inquiry Detail record will need a subform called Preferences.? ? (Table - Preferences)? ? Each? Inquiry Detail? record may only? have **one** Preferences record.?
Further, each Guest record will need a subform called **CallLog**, wich can contain many records.? (Table - GuestLog)
So the relationship is that each guest will have a related? call log, detailing each contact with the guest.? Guests can add an inquiry record, which has information about their request.? The Yacht log contains? a record for? each of the yachts that we submit or consider submitting to them for consideration regarding their inquiry, and their response.? Their preferences are the details about the trip, once the yacht has been selected.
I have a similar form and subforms already, am just having a hard time getting the various subforms to link properly, and the data to pull up.

The form should be in MS Access, and data linked via ODBC to SQL database
