Convert 2 Drupal Forums to SMF and Merge

Hello, I have 2 drupal forums. These can be seen from the following URLs: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] They both are for the same website(though they were used during different time periods). I would like to have them converted to SMF and merged(I think I saw a merge script on the net). Almost every user on [login to view URL] is also on the other site(the master site), [login to view URL] Both of these forums reside on a dreamhost server, but I want the resulting SMF forums to reside on a nearlyfreespeech webhosting account. The dreamhost mysql database server that the two forums reside on is a little bit slow during peak hours. This organization is _very_ limited with funds, as I am the only owner and maintainer of the site, which I do for no pay. We run entirely from donations(we get about $150 a year). I am also a poor college student(I go to CMU, but I am not majoring in computers). Please be reasonable with price estimates. Time is sort of sensitive here, but costing less money for taking more time is acceptable. I am sort of looking for estimates under $40, if possible.
