Need a colorful professional looking .exe that does the following: Retrieve one of ten pre loaded 13x14 matrices pre-filled with numbers, retrieval based on user selected number n (max 10) Clicking on one matrix element highlights that element and writes the contents to another portion of the screen and also opens a menu with a 5 x n grid filled with default percentages that can be changed by typing or scrolling from a selection of 11 choices If n=2 user has choice of 5x2 grid or 13x14 grid (again with 11 choices in each grid element) Click on a "calculate" button or F9 key performs calculations and posts 2 results Menu to set users default percentages for the 5xn and special (ie when n=2) 13x14 grid and whether the 5x2 or 13x14 grid will appear when n=2. Button to restore pre-loaded default percentages. Registration procedure to limit to 1 computer installation, evaluation copy fully functional but limited to 100 "calculations". Number of remaining evaluation calculations displayed after each calculation. One time check box indicating reading and agreement with terms of usage to unlock the program for use. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
