I have about 100 lines of code in Matlab that I would like translated into C and packaged as a MEX file. The code involves a significant amount of matrix algebra (it is an implementation of the Kalman filter).
I would like this delivered with a compiled MEX file that is capable of being run in Matlab on Windows XP. This will require the developer has access to Matlab software.
The developer should be able to test the compiled MEX file against the raw matlab code and verify that the two are equivalent.
A zip file can be downloaded that contains the code I would like converted. The Matlab script run_kf.m loads some data and calls a function kf.m. I would like kf.m rewritten in C and packaged as a MEX file so that it can be called from within Matlab by running the same type of script. This should run in Matlab Release 12 on Windows XP.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
