Dialup Configuration Program

Need the software to establish a dialup connection on the users machine using the following process: The user runs the program, the program dials up to a hard coded number using hard coded username and password, (a 10 minute timer is started on the dialup connection, it will terminate after 10 minutes)the program will load a predifined webpage (this is simply a webpage provided by us, the user should not be able to surf elsewhere within the program itself), the users enters information, submits web form and once they close the program the dialup connection is terminated, a new window will open up providing a GUI to let the user setup a dialup connection all it should ask them for is username and password (they just entered it on the form on the webpage) the program then establishes a standard windows dialup connection, sets it as default, using predefined dialup number and networking settings. The dialup connection should be complete and ready to dialout. The program needs to be compatible with windown 95 or windows 98 and up, if this is a problem let me know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows95 and up if possible, also interesting in Macintosh version, let me know.
