I need to collect information from a number of kiosks on clients for reminder. From the kiosk, I need a client that will send information about the clients including their names, phone number, next appointment, whether the appointment is once or recurrent, phone number, and the message to be forwarded to the client on phone thru sms. Then I want all the information from the clients to be taken up on the server that will run on my website hosting site which runs on linux. Then I need another interface for which I can use to retrieve all the information from the server, and organise all into a database depending on the kiosk from which the information is coming from. All the information from the kiosk should have a time and date stamp, with unique ID stamping to identify from which kiosk into coming from. All clients information from a kiosk will be sent once daily (this is to discourage the need for internet connection all the time, it will be required just to send the poll of information when needed) The design of the GUI will be sent the preferred coder after bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The Kiosk client should run on Windows The server should run on Linux
