Bug fix C++ mailer program

- Bug: Mailer program does not import email addresses. It's supposed to import from delimited text or .csv files. Now it won't. Gives the message "0 addresses were imported". History: I got a Visual C++ 7.10 mass mailer program developed (not a spam software). It worked fine. Then I had a cosmetic change made to it recently, by a different programmer. Now I find it won't import email addresses. The program source code exists in two forms: before and after the cosmetic changes. The 'before' version does not have .dsp or .dsw files. It apparently is Visual C++ 7.10. It comes with the installer Nullsoft Install System 2.5 The 'after' version does not have .dsp or .dsw files either, and uses Nullsoft Install System 2.2. Only three files were altered in the 'after' version, as far as I can see - the changes really were minor. The coder had some initial problems with the mailer. He could compile it, but could not link, with many errors about Dlls, so he used a different compiler (he started with Visual Studio Net 2003) I'd like this fixed ASAP. PS: I've attached the compiled, current version, so you can get an idea of what it does. I haven't uploaded the source code, for obvious reasons. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 95-XP
