Bluetooth SMS and Call Software for Windows Mobile

Software developer *reelintelligence* is looking for Windows Mobile programmers with experience in Bluetooth and SMS and access to Mac OS X and multiple phone platforms for testing. **This is a SERIOUS bid request that requires experience, adherence to a timeline and good communication skills. Please DO NOT BID if you are planning on learning-as-you-go or if you cannot make this project a priority.** [BluePhoneElite][1] is a popular Mac OS X application that lets you use a Bluetooth enabled phone to dial and answer calls as well as read, write, and send SMS messages. Unfortunately the developers of many "smart phones" did not take the time to implement access to many of these functions over Bluetooth. I need a developer to write an executable to run on the phone as a background daemon, listen on a new Bluetooth channel, and implement the call and SMS functionality. A complete description of the commands required is available in the download link below. Incremental payments will be made on successful delivery of milestone targets (see download link below for more details). **The first milestone is Friday, July 8.** Deliverables may be made available to the public by *reelintelligence* for testing purposes. All bug reports that are found to be caused by BluePhoneEXT will be forwarded to the BluePhoneEXT developer. All outstanding bugs must be resolved before final payment will be made. **Product Requirements** * Easily installable package containing the installer and daemon. * Complete implementation of the installer and command specification. * Compatibility with all OS versions described in the milestones. **Project details including timeline and command specifications are available for download [here][2].** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
