C++, Beginner Help

I needd ***Beginner Level*** help writing some programs. The programs are o be written using C++. I am using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. All of these programs are centered around ***search trees***. *The code needs to be explanatory and simple! ***Program 1 **Write a variation of the ADT *queue* in which items can be inserted or deleted from either end (double-ended). Construct a class that implements the ADT. Write a quick program to test the program. Then create stack and one-sided queue classes as descendants of the new double-sided class. **Program 2 **Binary Tree files are attached. What I want is for you to add 3 seperate recursive functions that: [login to view URL] the height of the tree. [login to view URL] the maximum element [login to view URL] the sum of the elements ***int*** should be the data type for the nodes in this program. This a general type binary tree and of course a tester program should be written. You should take what I have attached and make changes to it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
