Auto Line Alignment Of Tiff Images

We require a software for reading the Tiff Image files and do the following - 1. Alignment of the image perfectly on 90 degrees, automatically by reading the image. 2. Cropping the Image from top, left, right and bottom thus containing only the contents in the image, automatically by reading the image. For eg- A scanned image of a page of a book in Tiff format. The scanned image contains the text on the page and some images. During scanning , the image has tilted to the tune of approx 0.45 degrees. The software should be able to read the image and identify the tilt and correct it by perfect 90 degrees without compromising on the image quality. It is same as manual rotate - Arbitrary option of Adobe Photoshop. The software should be able to crop the image automatically in such a way that only the contents are picked by removing the extra space from left, right, top and bottom sides.
