Currently I'm in the process of finding someone to build a app for my business, but in the meantime not sure if it's possible or not, but I need someone to write a code to implement unto my app where users can log into their bank accounts, and once they log I would get notification if any fee in there bank accounts occurs, similar to what chase bank has where you receive push notification if a certain action happens. But in my case I need to receive a notification of any fee they occur and be able to push notify the customer

There are two type notifications (in IOS) One is the type as you described following. and anther is sending notification by your bank account server to apple notification server and then the notification server send the message to your phone even you not login the app for android , there are some other notification methods, I will tell you if you have interest on that. thanks
