Hello, I have been working with database design and implementation for over 6 years and after reading through the assignment you provided, i have realized you want an RDBMS for Lowry Property Development. I will create tables with other information in their respective columns for the Staff, Materials, Suppliers, Projects, Clients and i will establish a relationship between them. For the First Question, I wll make sure it conforms with the 3NF which means the tables must have primary key, no single column can have multiple values and other attributes. For the 2nd Question, I will write the queries that fetches all the required information for each. For the 3rd Question, The RDBMS has definitely help Lowry because it has brought about centralized management, ... etc. I have a very high work ethic and an eye for details and i look forward to hearing from you.
