Hi, sounds like an interesting project. Do you have any sketch or sample image of what you're looking for? Like how artistic should the watercolor effect be? How much details (roads, rivers, cities) should be visible in the map? etc. I have map data for Capri area ready so I'd be happy to generate some draft map out of it with required style so you can check whether it works or not for your needs.
