Build Access Database and Integrated Excel Chart Dashboard

I need a database for entering oil and gas production, revenue and location information by well. The database needs to generate a report that can be exported to an excel file with a dashboard of several pieces of information and charts. The database needs forms for entering: A new lease (which will contain many wells) a new operator/payer (who manages the wells in one or more leases) A new well (this will include qualitative data such as depth, producing formation, location, operator, lease, date of first production, etc.) It also needs a form for entering monthly data by well including: Well Name Month paid/expensed Month produced Gross production Gross Revenue Net Revenue (i.e. gross revenue x ownership interest) Net Taxes Operating expenses Transportation and other expenses Capital expenses (two categories) As several of my clients own interests in the same wells, I want to cut down on data entry time by only entering the gross data once, and just confirming the net data for each customer's particular interest. Further, to make this most efficient, I want the well name and ownership interest to automatically populate based on the selection of an operator, as the wells and ownership by operator will not change month to month for a particular client. Lastly, it needs to have data quality checks built in, via a report/query that I can cross check totals to the physical check/expense detail, or via another method if you have a better idea for this. I then need reports for monthly data that can easily export to a pre-built excel dashboard with 20-40 pieces of data and 6-12 charts. I need you to build this dashboard, though I have a pre-made template if that is useful for design guidance. The dashboard will have a cover page which summarizes and charts information from each lease the client owns (could be between 1 and ~20 leases), such as monthly revenue and expenses, trailing 12 month net income, trailing 12 month production by lease (which will be a sum of all wells in that lease) operating expenses by lease, and trailing oil and gas price realized. Each lease will have a similar dashboard, but the charts will show well by well data with between 4 and ~20 wells per lease. Another element of the database and the excel file will be a forward looking estimate of the next months revenue, which will include simulated production by well and assumed price realized (based on data from an EIA website with daily price information.). I am not sure if this estimate should live in access, in excel or in a separate file altogether. We will need to brainstorm the most effective method. This database needs to be structured in a clean, efficient manner, with no bugs and with protections to prevent mis-information in the database or excel charts as clients will rely on this data and errors would expose me to risk.
