hi i can work on your project, i had been working on various electronics / electrical engineering project, I will be making a micro-controller based application, and will be using 2 rotatory switch of same numbers of pole, one will be controlling time for first five loads and the other rotary switch will be controlling the time for remaining five loads, there would be a panel mount LED, 1 for power on indication display, and 10 for load indication to show if the load is powered on. the daisy chain configuration would also be maintained in such a way that there would be two port from the box , one output and the other input, if we don't connect any wire , the system would run independent, if the output of one box is connected to the input of the other box , former will perform its function first then the later, we cant connect input to input port or output of box 1 to output of box 2, the connector would be polar connector i will be making acrylic sheet based body with Mild steel screw to maintain tightness, the thickness of sheet can be from 5-8 mm. some of my other local project includes --universal milling machine speed control using PID controller --Line tracking robot customized with robotic arm --Temperature measurement using pic controller kindly be noted that it is quotation for one piece, If you are looking for best solution with no error do inbox me, we can further discuss , i will be very happy to answer you and clarify your ambiguity, Regards AU design

I believe I may be able to help you with your project. I would envisage a board with 10 relays to switch the power all controlled from one micro controller. There would be a set of DIP switches to set the appropriate time delays. A small power supply module would also be required to power the microcontroller from the 70V to 120V AC input. I think it may be a challenge to get all 10 channels within the space you require and I will not know the answer to that until I begin work on the PCB layout. The only problem with daisy chaining these devices together will be the current required. For two boards the input current would be up to 20 amps when all 10 loads are on. Therefore what is the maximum number of boards you would want to daisy chain this way? As the current gets larger the PCB tracks will have to get thicker and will take up more board space. Also it will effect the size of the relays used as they will have to be rated with the daisy chain current and not just 1 amp. The deliverables would be as follows:- 1. Circuit diagram as a pdf 2. Items list fully costed using distributers part numbers as an excel spread sheet. 3. Custom PC layout with assembly as pdf for approval. 4. Gerber files for PCB layout 5. Firmware in C fully debugged. 6. Two prototype units assembled and tested I would like to give you a full breakdown of costs and timescales but I am not allowed enough characters.
