Create a form with calculations for integration on Drupal-site

We understand we need to make a drupal module for energy calculation. You want to configure all the constant values for the calculation from a configuration panel, so that when those values changes, the calculation can reflect those. We understand once a user make a calculation s/he can email it to an email address putting a Caption for the calculated result sheet. - please confirm We understand the calculaltion formula will not change. - Please confirm. This will be a out-of-box module that can be installed and activated for use in a drupal 7 installation. What did you meant by changing form? If you meant changing the lable of the the form then this module will provide that option. If you want to add more fields and change the calculation logic that might not be easily possible. Language of the form can be changed. We will able to follow the calculation logic you sent in the excel, though we would appreciate if you could provide the logic explaining in text.
