I have considerable experience in industrial power (I spent 13 years as the R&D manager of a power electronics manufacturer) and developed several industrial power controllers using PIC processors. I feel I would be an ideal candidate for this project. To be clear: my bid covers only the software PLL portion of your drawings; I will measure the incoming voltage phase and frequency and provide outputs which can be used to synchronize an IGBT or MOSFET inverter backend. My bid does not cover the PWM generation, current monitoring or any other aspect of the design, although I have the experience to provide these services as well.
