Greetings! I would be happy to assist you with a custom app to grab images from an IP camera, and post them to social media sites, such as Facebook and Twitter. I have actually done very similar projects many times, and I am an expert in this field. =) I do have a few questions for you: 1) What OS is this designed to run on? Windows, OS X, Linux, or all of them? 2) How is the infrared sensor connected? Does this app need to run on an embedded device, such as a RaspberryPi? 3) What overlay would you like added on top of the IP camera photo? 4) You mention a web-interface for the settings. Hi, I have worked for IP camera like Foscam, Axis etc. I have also experience working with intergrating the APIs with the camera vendors. Grabbing the still pics can be done by using the motion detection method available with every camera APIs. You need this be triggerred with a infrared sensors.
