Banner creation tool wanted

For a few websites we are in need of an automatic banner creation tool. From our osCommerce site we want too be able to create automated banners as soon as a product comes online. In our Backend from the site we will generate a csv with the location of the bannertemplate, foto's for the banner and text for the banners. The tool we need needs too auto-import the csv file and generate the banners. Those banners need to be saved on a server. Required options: 1) automatic import of a csv file. 2) option too select a template per several specifiations we will put in the feed. So the tool must use a different template for a (different productgroup, discount article, daily discount, categorie etc...) 3) Option to put in a url in the banners 4)save options in most common files (jpg, png, gif..) 5) an update check so the tool doesnt generate banners who allready exist. 6)the tool needs to be able too generate a datafeed of the generated banners. 7)Some banners for example the product of the day, change daily at 00.00 o clock, the tool needs to update those banners automaticly. 8)The tool must save the files with a name we will supply in the datafeed.
