Hello, I need some talented individual to work alongside my company based in New Zealand. We are looking to create a software program similar to this one ([login to view URL]) I currently need a basic program created where we can send vcards, advertising and txt files to any bluetooth device within a range. We have the bluetooth dongles created in china. I need the software created so we can sell our service in our country. I would like the software program to be coded for MS windows. If you need more information ask. Search on google 'Bluetooth Marketing' for other products similar to what i want.
