Video Game - Make 3D Character Model (Long term work)

Hello my friend, How are you ? I am looking for a skilled artist to create a 3D model to be used in the trailer of my video game and as a usable skin in the game as well, stylized style same as Fortnite. I am also looking for long term work with the creation of multiple models after this first project. I do not have an illustration/drawing but already have all my precise ideas, you can check it here: [login to view URL] Every part of body is linked so you do not have to imagine, just to copy style for each. Project may look complicated as I don't send a concept art so you may not visualize very well, but in fact it is not. I am somehow perfectionnist and this is why I linked a picture for each part, basically you just have to copy the image linked. Face, hair, eyes, upper boddy, lower body, back, I tried to add as maximum details I could so you get the total idea of the character. Face and hair I want them exactly as the image, upper body is just tactical vest with sleeves, lower body is a pants with chains with some writings, weapons on elbows and behinds shoulders are described etc .... You can check requirements in details as I really need same as the image linked, this is why I think a concept art would not be needed. You can draw something fast in few minutes not detailled to get a better visualization. Budget is around 200€ price or you can tell me your best price for this first project but as an indie game dev I can not go as high as AAA studios. Other models to create will have much less details. Timeline: 3-5 days or you can tell me your fastest timeline for this proejct. You can send your best portfolio about stylized/anime character models 3D so I can check.
